Christmas Cookies
It's the most wonderfully delicious time of the year! It's time to make Christmas cookies!
I was on an email loop today discussing most-searched words on Google and Yahoo. And "Christmas Cookie" is quite popular right now! So I am sharing with you a fun, easy Christmas cookie recipe. Of course, this Snowball Christmas Cookie recipe is a variation of another popular cookie called (what else?) Wedding Cookies!

Snowball Cookies
Yield: 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients
½ cup softened butter (1 stick)
2 T confectioner’s sugar
1 T vanilla
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
Extra confectioner’s sugar
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar until soft.
Add vanilla and nuts; then gradually add the flour.
Shape into small balls (smaller than a ping pong ball).
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes (you’ll need about 14 minutes.)
Cool for five minutes.
Roll into confectioner’s sugar.
Set aside until completely cooled.
Roll again into confectioner’s sugar.
